Neat Pool & Supply LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic service technician to join our team. Play a key role in the maintenance and repair of hot tubs and swim spas.
Requirements
- Clean Driving Record with driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a background ground screening.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Good customer interaction skills with a clean appearance.
- Excellent phone etiquette and a clear speaking voice.
- Positive attitude and enjoy a challenge.
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
- Possess strong organizational skills and an eye for attention to detail.
- Passion for problem-solving.
- Electrical Background Beneficial
A retail salesperson serves as a representative for selling swimming pools, hot tubs, and equipment to customers. Normal responsibilities include scheduling consultations with customers, effectively marketing the benefits of swimming pools, providing thorough and detailed information to customers, and forming strong relationships with prospective clients.
Requirments:
- Excellent Customer Service – Sales representatives are client-facing roles; therefore, listening to the client, understanding any concerns, and establishing strong relationships with customers is highly important.
- Strong Communication Skills – Along with customer service, effective explanations of details and information related to pool and hot tub installation should be communicated to clients.
- Organized Mindset – Along with customer service, effective explanations of details and information related to pool and hot tub installation should be communicated to clients.
- Service Driven Management Experience –
Personable, Approachable Attitude – While the overall goal is to make the sale, a sales representative should strive to make a personal connection with their clients through inviting and genuine conversation.
Work/Communicate with our sales & service teams to deliver customer value.
Deliver and install hot tubs.
Communicate with customers about technical issues and spa care information. Diagnosis installation spa issues.
